LATE APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON A SPACE AVAILBILITY BASIS
The PISF 2012/2013 Student Application is due April 24th 2012 by 5:00pm. Please complete all required fields below and either attached the PISF Application Addendum or complete all of the questions below. In addition to a complete application we must receive your Letter of Recommendation before 5:00pm on April 24th as well. Any questions you have may be directed to info@pisf.org.
Please note PISF is a two year program meeting after school from 3:30-5:00pm approximately twice a month starting in October and ending in April. Meetings for Chandler, Flintridge Preparatory, New Horizon, and Polytechnic will take place on Mondays at Chandler School. Meetings for Clairbourn, Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy, Maranantha HS, Mayfield Senior, Pasadena Christian, and Sequoyah will take place Wednesday at Maranatha High School. Students from Westridge and High Point Academy may be divided between the Monday and Wednesday meeting time.
